I recently begin hearing and seeing an error on the computer's LCD display "Engine Data Block" with a beep. This happened at idle and sometimes under power while at cruising speed. It happened a couple of times randomly and then the engine quit. Computer is not coming on and the engine just would not start. I have a 2004 SeaRay SunDeck 200 with the Mercriser 5.0 MPI Alpha engine. Is this possibly the ECM having failed?
