Oxygen sensor Fault Code

I keep getting an Oxygen sensor Fault Code on my SR 260 Sundeck 2010. Changed an oxygen sensor but did not help.  Any ideas or a good SR Mechanic in Westchester County NY. The alarm is driving me nuts every time it beeps but boat runs well, cool and good power so I'm assuming OK to use.

I have the exact same boat model and year. Mine started last summer. STRBD alarm 29. I have changed out all three sensors, still have the alarm. And just like you said the boat seems to run fine. Just that pesky alarm.
