Recently purchased 2008 240 Sundeck so new to the club. Boat is in incredible shape and motor only 172 hrs. While cleaning hull I’ve noticed some blemishes and hoping someone can share info on what it is/how to get rid of. Please don’t break my heart with bad news.

Another picture attached. This discoloration and marks seem to line the entire lower section of hull

Good luck w/ your new boat.

Any fiberglass cleaner that is mildly acidic will remove that marine growth and staining. Follow all appropriate chemical safety handling procedures for eyes, lungs and skin.

Thanks for the help. I’ve used Mary Kate On&Off on boats in the past with great results. Will give that a try

That product looks appropriate to restore the finish.

Also use appropriate personal protection equipment.
