A couple of obvious things. When I was in San Francisco, winter humidity would cause lots of water in the bilge. Also are you using the AC for heat? On m last boat I could produce 5 gallons of condensation from each unit daily.

Year's ago I had a similar issue with a new 270 Sundancer. After many trips to the dealer and replacement of a variety of cables and other parts, the issue was water coming into the boat as it came out of the hole on acceleration through the bilge pump. Problem was incorrectly installed bilge pump hoses.

Is it fresh water or lake/salt water? You have to see what kind of leak you are pursuing. If fresh water, does water pump cycle for no reason? My similar problem turned out to be a cracked hot water heater tank, small crack, only leaked when water was hot, took me months to find!

My issue with bilge water turned out to be rub rails leaking around the stern. Wasn't too bad to pull and reseal everything. There are some good write ups on Club SeaRay if that is your issue.
