Two weeks ago, had some intermittent trouble starting starboard engine on a 4-month old 2017 350 Coupe-Merc 8.2’s. Then on a day trip It would not kick over at all. The engine would crank but not start up. As a result I had to limp home for 1 3/4 hours on the port engine at no higher than 2500 rpm. The low pressure fuel pump was found to be the problem and now she turns over right away.
There is now a vibration felt between 1500-3000 rpm. Nothing was hit and no running aground occurred. Thinking this is related to trip home on one engine.
Thanks for feedback.
