Working on replacing impeller upper and lower casings, etc. Wish there were more YouTubes, etc, with step by step instructions.

Welcome to the forum.

Why not just purchase the correct Mercury Factory Service Manual for the outdrive, based on the model and serial number for the device?

The documentation would include things like fastener torque for reassembly.
