Have a 1991 230 Cuddy Cabin. Was looking all over for the OEM cockpit cover, came up blank. Decided to just basically make one from scratch, cutting it to proper dimensions, fabric spray paint it, install canvas snap-in buttons, etc. Looks great and does the job.
Great Lakes is the company that has done the factory canvas. They have the patterns going back to 1993 and in some cases 92. And with the slow downs in everything, they have stopped doing customer orders. Your best bet is to contact a local canvas or boat top guy and have them do you one.
Yes, you can go that route and spend $2,000 or more. I purchased a Sunbrella OEM cockpit cover for another Sea Ray make/model on Ebay, reshaped it to fit my boat, used fabric spray paint to match my color, put on new snap buttons to align with what is on my hull, and was good to go. Total cost probably around $70-$80.
