2004 SeaRay Sundeck here.  Has anyone had any luck removing the old faded logos?  I have a new set I want to put on but don't want to mess up the fiberglass.  Thoughts?

Also, looking to replace the Nav lights to LEDs.  Any products you would recommend?  Thanks!

Definitely follow standard procedures.

What has worked for me is usage of a polisher w/ rubbing compound and a coarse bonnet to remove the old decal.

The two typical issues when removing / replacing decals. One is that gel coat fades dark, leaving a ghost logo after removal. The other is that the decal protects the gel coat, exposed is unprotected. Unprotected erodes away. This causes a decal that can be felt.

My arsenal includes fine grit wet / dry sandpaper and I wet sand up to 2,000 grit to attain a flat (by feel) surface. Care MUST be used because there is only so much gel coat and excessive removal is possible and is REALLY bad.

The ghost decal dark fade disappears over time.

I just did that on my 210, use a hairdryer to warm it up, should peel off easily. If there is any ghosting from the decal on the fibreglass wet sand with 2000 then polish. Worked perfectly for me.

here is the seller on Etsy. You can customize your colors of the order. We changed ours to red since the color of our boat is navy to give us a patriotic look.

I removed 15 yr old decals on my ‘07 210 SEL with a rubber wheel attached to a drill. Here’s the link to what I used.
