Driving down the highway in my 2006 200 Sun deck. My passenger side seat cusion apparently blew out of the car on Rt85 from Gaston Lake to my home near Harris Lake NC. Next day I drove up and back on the highway but with no luck. sigh.. I can not find a replacement, an old one I could reupholster, or even dimensions of the backing board so I could cut one and get it it done. At this point I will be estimating the dimensions of the board and materials.. Does anyone know if it's a marine plywood or a PVC? Thanks

The cockpit seats on my 2000 380DA all have a plywood base.

The plywood is encapsulated in a durable coating, on all sides and edges.

I had a similar incident with my 1993 200 bow rider but mine occurred while cruising on the water. I was lucky enough to recover the seat cushion by the end of the day. I wound up screwing small stainless steel eyelets into the bottom of both the drivers side and passenger side cushions and into the plywood underneath the lowest mount (the cushions can either be placed up high to form a small deck or lower to form a seat). I attach bungees with carabineer clips to each cushion and to the eyelet mounted to the plywood underneath to ensure the cushions could not blow out. Works pretty well.

Plywood is cheaper, but PVC will last longer. Your choice
