Anchors and plan to be anchoring out overnight.  55 sedan bridge with 45# danfirth, Chesapeake bay, commonly 10-15 knots. Is this sufficient anchor if I’m using 7-10’ rode per foot depth? Seems light to me. Option would be second anchor, Bahamian anchor mode of the same chain. Boat is ~50k pounds, 21’ air draft makes lot of resistance.

7-10' rode per foot of depth would be more than enough - esp. if you are all chain. When you compute your depth don't forget to ADD your depth to the distance above the water to your pulpit in your calculations. That makes up your total "depth".
