I am in the process of purchasing a 2006 Sundancer 40. The Ray Marine, VHF radio and  the cockpit stereo amp, port side wiper and a couple of other minor electrical items are not working. It seems to be a power issue. Has anyone experienced those items going down all at the same time? Are they all on the same power harness?

On my 450 i have found the majority of problems can be fixed by buying a can of electronics cleaner disconnect both leads of the component and clean and re connect leads. I did however hsve to replace the amp due to age.

Also, get yourself a tube of anti-oxidant compound and/or anti-corrosion inhibitor and coat any connections when after cleaning. It's too bad they don't do this on all new boats. Everything would last a lot longer.
