The Boat is a 2000 450 EB. It has fiberglass Vent Cowlings on the sides of the hull (for engine room ventilation). On the Stbd side, the center piece is missing. Its an odd shape, and Im wondering where to find it. Anyone know?

Many parts like these are available from Flounder Pounder Marine. They do not currently have the part you need.

Here is that 688721 clam shell vent.

Thanks Wingless for the quick response, but the small vent cowling you suggested was not what I was talking about.

My problem is the large (3 Ft) molded outer bilge vent insert (stbd) for the engine bilge The SR Part number is 896829 from the 2000 450 EB parts book. (It looks like an air foil).

Got any idea who may still make them or where I might find one?

The pit in my stomach after reading your reply is no doubt smaller than the pit in yours, but is still big.

That missing part will need to be recreated by a skilled fiberglass / gel coat fabrication person.
