Thank you. That was very helpful. Yes, the cable is still installed. I think that I am going to try inserting weed wacker line before pulling the outer jacket.
I found the solid core ground wire from some Romex to be better. It has been easier to make the bends and twists of the sheathing. That weed whacker line was just too soft to me.
