This solenoid valve is on my 2010...

This solenoid valve is on my 2010 Sea Ray Sundancer 310. It's located in the engine compartment near the hot water tank. Does anybody know what it does?

Welcome to the forum.
That is the fuel cutoff solenoid. There should be one for each engine and for the generator (if equipped).
The linked image shows the label I made for mine, identifying the function of the ON/OFF twist knob.
