Hi, have a 2006 340DA SeaRay needing replacement portlights.  They're oval, about 18" by 8" overall.   Any suggestions on a good source?  These are polished stainless.

Thanks for the help!

Are the parts being replaced the fixed (not opening) portlights in the master stateroom, or the opening ones in the salon?

There are 3 in the salon with broken dogs or cracked lens.

They are Bomar Flagship series, west marine or online stores sell them. Use the west marine caulk, it must stay flexible, don’t use a urethane base or 5200, 4200 caulk, not flexible enough, I did mine, came out perfect.

Thanks, but having a difficult time deciding on fiberglass thickness on the 340DA. The lights require that spec. What thickness did you order?

I don’t recall, if you can get the parts manual inline, that will/should give you the part number. Google “parts manual 2006 34 Sundancer” it’ll be there
