i'm getting two (2) beeps after my engine starts, ( '01 350 MAG MPI ).......Also engine idles rough, stalling occasionally at "headway speed"  What does the "double beep" signify???

What is double beeping, the System Monitor?

The System Monitor has limited capability, things like oil pressure and temperature.

The in-depth diagnostics are available when using a plug-in computer, like my Digital Diagnostic Terminal, DDT.

Have you checked the fuel pressures. Some of the injectors may be clogged.

I haven't done that because it runs perfectly at any speed but idle..

Sounds like a bad IAC valve cheap easy fix.
