The big AC current draws on your yacht are: each air conditioner; the water heater; the cooking appliance; the refrigerator; the ice maker; the battery charger and the microwave.
It is possible / likely that attempting to run the entire yacht off one 30A receptacle will randomly pop the breaker.
The five "essentials" are: battery charger; each air conditioner; refridgerator and the ice maker. Quantify the current draw from each load, add them up and determine if they are under the 30A limit, provide at least a 20% safety margin, so 24A maximum. For the charger measurement, run the batteries down low, then turn on DC loads, like exhaust fans, all lamps, bilge pumps and all helm electronics, including radar.
My suggestion is to rewire the dock. I would recommend adding at least one 50A 240V receptacle.
