It depends on how deep. If it is just gelcoat crazing there is the protection of the outer layers of glass. If the cracks are deeper and through the glass, yes, you should be concerned. Water can penetrate and soak into the core. Not certain what type of core is in that boat but core can absorb the water and permeate down hull compromising the integrity and cause delamination.
