Hi folks, I have a 1996 175 XL bowrider, the previous owner has sealed up the under seat bow storage areas with a panel and silicon. Is this a problem area with this boat? Maybe lack of drainage? I don't want to rip the panels off only to regret doing so later. If not, a problem I could use the storage.
