I am looking for new boat insurance. I had good insurance at a good rate but this year they jumped my premium up about 20% and there was some comments that they are getting out of the boat insurance business. I have a 2010 390 DA.

Next winter project on my list is fixing our horn. There's a panel over the port side bow. Does this allow access to the horn blower? Is it eaasy to replace and can I do it hanging over the bow?
