I have a 1995 400EC Express Cruiser, and love it. I know I'm not alone on this, the sliding glass door to the salon can be a real pain. I did find the original manufacturer, and even bought new slides from them, but it's still a trick to get this door to slide easily. Does anyone have any creative after market ideas/tips on what you did to your salon door to make it function where anyone can open and close it?

Hi Mike, I have a 1993 400EC and had the same problem. After years of searching, I discovered that small shower door wheels, that you can find in any hardware store will fit into the tracks. Make a small 2 or 3" flat bracket put 2 wheels on both sides, tap a hole in the center to fit the screw that would hold the old block in, align and your good to go.
