I have a 2002 Sea Ray 260SD.  I’m having problems with the main cabin door sliding properly.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to get it sliding again?

Did you try silicone spray it worked for mine

Yes I have been spraying and that definitely helps, but I think the plastic glides under the door are gone. Is there any replacement options?

I’m not sure sorry

My door uses these trucks, that eventually wear out, requiring replacement.

Note that there are three sizes. Usage of the correct size is required.

Thanks for the info. My situation doesn’t use trucks but I appreciate the lead

Had a similar problem on a 2001 Sr 280 Ss. Very difficult to open and close. What worked for me was to thoroughly clean the upper (and lower) tracks. Especially the upper one. Use Spray Nine or better yet Totally Awesome to remove grease and grime build up. Mine now works perfectly smooth. Initially I had thought it might be the “trucks” which are a major job to replace. Let me know. Denny
