I have -2010 260 Sundeck and the speedometer stopped working. At about 3200 RPMs it will register about 5 MPH only. Any ideas?

What's the best way to set the poles on a sundeck 240 cover so I don't get water pooling on the cover between the wind screen and the poles?

2007 310 Sundancer: Port motor will not start without depressing the "Emergency Start" Switch, but will not stay running once switch is released.  Could alternator and batteries coincidentally gone bad at the same time?  Any help appreciated.
